Why did you choose to join Outward Bound?
I found the job listed on my university's career center Web site and when I visited NCOBS.org I was intrigued by the core principles and what OB was all about; it seemed to fit how I'd like to begin my career.

What's the most rewarding aspect of working for Outward Bound?
The most rewarding aspect of working for Outward Bound so far in my career has been when a student I talked into enrolled into the Outdoor Leader Course sent me a package a year after his course from the outdoor education program he works for with a baseball hat and a bandana thanking me for helping him choose the OLC. He said it got him a great starting off career that he's enjoying and he really appreciated me talking him into taking that course instead of a shorter one.

What’s your favorite Course?
I really enjoy selling the semester courses. Students get really excited when I talk about the different phases.

Tell us about a recent accomplishment or adventure:
A recent accomplishment: I set a goal last year that I would read 100 books I've never read before in a year and I recently completed that goal, with 3 months to spare.

What's your greatest fear?
Greatest fear are CLOWNS!
