Why did you choose to join Outward Bound?
I was a student on a course in 2002, and I was so inspired by the mission of Outward Bound, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I started as logistics coordinator in Florida, then came to North Carolina!

What's the most rewarding aspect of working for Outward Bound?
Working in a community of fantastic people and getting people out on Outward Bound courses.

What’s your favorite Course?
Outdoor Leader Course and 8-day Florida Everglades Sea Kayaking.

Tell us about a recent accomplishment or adventure:
I recently went climbing at the Tennesee Wall near Chattanooga, TN. I went with a group of women from NCOBS and we had a blast. It's great climbing.
