The Instructor Internship Program is an opportunity for individuals with diverse life skills and/or teaching background to gain the technical skills required for leading wilderness-based experiential education programs. Our program is designed to provide the necessary training for individuals to develop a solid foundation of skills to begin working for North Carolina Outward Bound School.
